The Samuel Harrison Reed House is a historic home built in 1892 in the Queen Anne style. It was home to his family and subsequently divided into apartments over the years. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It is now a Bed and Breakfast known as the Biltmore Village Inn.
It is reputedly haunted by the sounds of footsteps, doors open and close of their own volition, lights are turned off and on, but the most peculiar paranormal penchant is the playing with the billiard balls!
